Cancellations
Try To Keep Your Scheduled Lesson
- Lessons that are canceled (24) hours or more in advance will not be charged. *Up to (6) lessons/yr. After (6) missed lessons within a year, missed lessons will be charged at the full rate.
- Lessons canceled without notice will be charged the full rate.
- Please cancel your lesson if your child is sick. Teacher reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson if your child is sick upon arrival.
Need a new day or time?
I'll try my best!
If you need a permanent change in the day or time of your lesson, I will accommodate you as best as possible. Please note that I cannot
always hold your lesson day/time if you are
going to miss lessons for an extended period.
If you plan on resuming your piano lessons, contact me for availability. All requests are taken on a first come / first serve basis.
Make-Up Lessons
By Availability
Should you need to cancel your regularly scheduled lesson, please contact me for
openings and availability for a make-up lesson.
If it is possible, we can reschedule your lesson
on a different day, or at a different time. Recheduled lessons will not count against your cancellations.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are on a first come / first serve basis.
Payment
Pay At The End Of The Month
Payment is due on the last lesson of the month and can be made by cash/check, or Zelle.
